Meet Khai & Ivy
I’m Khai. My mom is Ivy. This is our salon.
I don’t sit at a table and do nails. I run the room. I remember your name. I ask where you’re going, what you’re wearing, what you already tried that you didn’t like. Then I pick the technician who can actually do that — we have more than twenty-five — and I stay in it until the color is right. I’m good at that part. I know what a finished set is supposed to look like.
Ivy is the reason nobody gets to be sloppy. She still takes her own clients. She also walks the floor, checks the work, and will say something if it isn’t right — to the tech, and to me. People think I’m the nice one because I greet you at the door. She’s the one who won’t let you leave with something we’d be embarrassed to put our name on.
That’s the shop. A son who makes you feel like you matter, and a mom who makes sure the nails do too.

Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended so we can hold your preferred time and tech, but we also accept walk-ins when we have openings. You can book online or by calling us.
How do I book?

Do you offer complimentary drinks?
Yes — complimentary alcoholic drinks (21+ with ID) are available with your service. Just ask your tech or the front desk. See our drink menu (PDF).

What services do you offer?
Spa pedicures, manicures, acrylic & gel art (including Gel X & builder gel), custom nail art, waxing, lash & brow, facial, kids, and full body massage ($70/hour). See our Services page for the full menu.
What if my nails lift or break after my visit?
7-day free fix: If anything happens to your nails within the first week, we’ll fix them for you at no charge. Just come back in and we’ll take care of you.
Do you specialize in nail art?
Yes — custom nail art is a specialty. We can recreate almost any design. Bring photos from Instagram or Pinterest and we’ll match the vibe. Complex full-hand art may need a longer appointment; we’ll estimate time when you book.
Who owns VIP Nails?
Khai and his mom Ivy. Khai manages the floor — he greets you, hears what you want, and picks the right technician. Ivy takes clients and holds the standard on the work.
